Guarantees Exchanges and Returns
Exchange by choice or regret
The consumer code guarantees the right to exchange the product in the event of a defect or withdrawal, provided that this occurs within 7 working days after delivery. The work must be in its original packaging and without any signs of damage, accompanied by all items it contains.
To exchange a work, you must contact us by email at info@carbonogaleria.com.br, informing the order number, the date of purchase and the reference of the item to be exchanged.
All collection/posting costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Important: we only accept returns after this communication has been confirmed and within the deadline. Otherwise, we will not accept the return and your purchase will be returned without prior consultation.
Exchange of damaged works
We guarantee the right to exchange the work in case of damage within 7 business days after delivery. After analysis and proof that the work was delivered damaged, Carbono Galeria will bear the costs of collecting/posting the product for analysis.
To request the exchange of a work that has been sent with a defect, you must contact us by email at info@carbonogaleria.com.br, informing the order number, the date of purchase, photos of the damage to the work and the reference of the item that will be returned, carrying out this procedure immediately after receiving it.
We will send the work for analysis and arrange to exchange it for the same item or another item of your choice, as long as it is of the same value. If there is a difference in value between the works, the client may choose to pay the difference or receive the difference as credit in the Gallery. The deadline for analysis is 30 calendar days, but it can be defined before this period.
