"Spin" It is an interactive object that captures, through a set of prisms, the image around it and reflects it in a mirrored form on the screen. It is possible to see at different heights, rotate on its own axis, in order to view the surroundings 360°, as well as rotate the screen, literally turning the space upside down.

Rachel Kogan

b. 1955, São Paulo (SP), Brazil | Lives and works in São Paulo (SP), Brazil.

Raquel Kogan, who graduated in architecture from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, investigates digital media and their mechanisms of interaction between sensations and three-dimensional space. She mainly creates installations, in which visitors are led to react to the stimuli generated by her objects and videos. She has participated in several exhibitions held at renowned institutions, such as Espaço Cultural da Capela do Morumbi (São Paulo), Itaú Cultural (São Paulo), Centro Cultural Banco do Nordeste (Fortaleza), OI Futuro (Rio de Janeiro), and the 20th Curitiba International Biennial. She has also received awards such as Transmídia Itaú Cultural, Rumos Cibernética (2007), Funarte São Paulo (2011), and Rumos Cinema (2013).
