The work " The Book of Chronicles of Time" part of a series of paintings
on paper, previously developed, in which images of tornadoes
occurring in different parts of the world were represented as
diptychs, with a layout similar to that of an open book.

In this edition, the image on the left page refers to a photo of
Brasilia, symbol of a country in continuous development, which
projected as the "Country of the Future". The right page presents a
tornado that runs through a stormy and empty landscape. The two
oil paintings are made on a bound paper support,
no printed text. Cut-out paper letters are included loosely,
remaining dispersed inside the acrylic box that holds the work.
Fragments of words can be read and reconfigured by the
handling of the work.
