Almandradere's poem "HomeMulher", despite having been conceived in the 1970s, raises questions that are quite pertinent today. The artist-poet proposes a semantic and artistic fusion of two words that mean masculine and feminine respectively. The letter M, which ends one word and begins the other, is placed in the center of the poem with the simultaneous function of separating and uniting the two nouns. Produced on different supports throughout its trajectory, HomeMulher here becomes a three-dimensional wall-mounted poem-object, a kind of intriguing and interactive spatial book.
