In the series " Os Sexos" , cacti are transformed into the plant that represents the growing lack of water in Brazil, a tropical country bathed by several rivers in all its regions. With evident anthropomorphic characteristics, they resemble small people, with different personalities and characteristics. Together, they form a people who suffer from drought. In addition, the soft colors chosen by the artist refer to the Brazilian tradition of hydraulic tiles.
